Digital Media Specialist (SEO  & SEM)

444 Media is looking to hire a Search Specialist that displays strong skills in various SEO and SEM disciplines. The Digital Media specialist will have both onsite and off-site experience, and be responsible to optimize the content on our clients websites based on analytics and keyword research. They will also be responsible for researching technical, advertising and website layout trends that will generate more page traffic, and improve site performance.

Reporting to the management team, the SEO Specialists responsibilities will include;

  • Creating SEO and SEM campaign strategies and implementing them
  • Responsible for implementation & management of search campaigns & web channel strategies
  • Monitoring search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
  • Developing and integrating content marketing and backlinking strategies into Web plans
  • Driving targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective organic plans
  • Employing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into active users through UX design, and content recommendations
  • Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work on various clients Search campaigns objectives simultaneously, managing across all stages of the digital funnel eg. building awareness, driving traffic, sales, and increasing conversions.
  • Allocate budget and monitor campaign costs and performance consistently, conducting regular campaign optimisation on all live campaigns
  • Provide detailed performance analysis and reporting at campaign, account and media channel levels
  • Lead the process of making recommendation for client’s Search marketing and business objectives

Role Performance Measures

  • Driving and Paid and Organic Search traffic, Geographic SERP improvements, Conversion rate Performance Optimisation, Paid and Organic Keyword rankings, and Position in search

Key Digital Skills:

  • SEO Audits, SEM Strategy, PPC Strategy, Digital Marketing, Web & Data Analytics

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualification in SEO, and Digital Marketing, User Experience Design, Advanced SEO
  • Experience with enterprise SEO optimization tools (eg. Moz, Search Metrics, SEM Rush etc)
  • Completion of education either in business, e-commerce, marketing or similar discipline
  • Strong experience in planning, testing and optimizing on paid and owned channels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments on Web marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Excellent English language skills (Read, Write, Speak)
  • In-depth knowledge of Google ads, Google Shopping, Google Ads, Google Analytics etc
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Data Analysis, UTM, GA/GA4 and other data tracking tools
